Mrs S Wilton
Hello my name is Mrs Wilton and this year I am happy to be teaching the Hedgehogs class.
I began my teaching career at Barnby Dun Primary where I had Mrs Seymour as my mentor. After finishing my teacher training I moved to a school in Warmsworth where I taught Foundation 2 for three years and then I taught across Key Stage 1.
I moved back to teaching at Barnby Dun Primary Academy in 2014. Over the past few years I have had the pleasure to teach across Key Stages and work with a variety of different classes / groups. I am currently (and really enjoying) teaching the Hedgehog class in the classroom where my teaching career began!
One of my achievements is that I am a wife and mum. I have two beautiful children, Emily aged 13 and Tom who is aged 8. We are an active and outdoor family enjoying days out with our dog Toby, spending time in the Lake District, and visiting family in Scotland.
