I have worked at Barnby Dun Primary Academy for eight years and have been a Teacher Governor for four years. Since 2012, I have been Assistant Head and I have been part of the Senior Leadership Team for eight years. I enjoy my role as Inclusion Manager/ SENCO and I am one of the schools Designated Safeguarding Teachers. I have enjoyed teaching in KS1 and LKS2.
I have a little girl called Emilie and she is 14 months old. We love sharing books together and going to the park to feed the ducks! I enjoy watching Strictly Come Dancing and also taking part in Ballroom and Latin dances.
I want the children at our school to achieve the best they possibly can and leave us well prepared for the next journey of their education, with lasting, happy memories of the years spent with us.
