MRS NEWBURY
I have been a Teaching Assistant in Barnby Dun Primary since 2012, working with KS1 and Reception age children. I love their energy and witnessing the discoveries made by children of this young age group and I thoroughly enjoy working in an education environment.
On a personal note I'm a mum of two children, both in secondary education. There's nothing to compare to the joy, love and hard work required in parenting. They are the centre of my universe.
I enjoy art; both studying other artists works and creating my own. I love to write am a member of a writing group and am studying creative writing. I love to write short stories and poetry in particular.
I love being out in my garden and I also enjoy running in the countryside.
